About Us

Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Dr. Faremouth maintained a private practice prior to moving to Naples, Florida in December 2007. In Naples, Dr. Faremouth opened the walk-in clinic on Collier Blvd for Anchor Health. After Anchor was purchased by NCH, Dr. Faremouth joined Millennium Physician Group and later NCH seeing hospital, clinic and nursing home patients.
