Dr. James Faremouth
Medical Director
Dr. James Joseph Faremouth is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. He completed his residency in July of 1999 at Horizon Health Systems, a division of Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 1996, Chicago, Illinois. He did his internship at Bi-County Community Hospital in Warren, Michigan in June 1996 to July 1997. Undergraduate degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan 1990.
Dr. Faremouth has built a reputation as a practitioner that individualizes each client by customizing their treatment. Dr. Faremouth is trained in nonsurgical facial aesthetics. He evaluates the client’s personality, facial structure and lifestyle when choosing treatment options that ultimately bring out one’s natural beauty. As an Osteopathic Physician, Dr. Faremouth is trained to look at the entire patient in a very holistic manner.
He is originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, where he maintained a private practice prior to moving to Naples, Florida in December 2007. Dr. Faremouth is married with two beautiful daughters. He has a seven- year old retriever, which he adores. Walking Lola is a daily occurrence.
Margarita Brodskya - ARNP
My name is Margarita Brodskya. I graduated with a BSN from Long Island University in 1999, and I have 20 years of extensive experience as an RN. I have worked as a nurse in hospital settings, home care, and skilled nursing homes. I decided to pursue a career as a Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from United States University in February 2022, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and have been working with Dr. James Faremouth in skilled nursing since then. My goal is to provide quality care for all of our clients.
Stacey Faremouth
With a deep passion for helping people feel and look their best. Stacy loves coming into work every day, knowing she will be making a positive difference.  She is one of the founders and owner of faces of marco finding her true passion in Aesthetic Medicine. Our business provides natural refreshed results at a reasonable price. Â
Stacy enjoys educating clients on aesthetic medicine and explaining what each product and procedure can do to help enhance and maintain your natural beauty. At faces of marco, we pride ourselves as having a gentle touch, compassion, and care to each patient experience. Knowing this is an ever-changing field, Stacy takes ongoing education seriously and makes a point to invest in herself. She is passionate about keeping up with the newest products, techniques, and technology to always provide her clients with the best care and outcome.Â

My name is Maureen Flynn and I am a Registered Nurse with an abundance of experience in Management and Perioperative nursing. My passion is helping people obtain their optimal health. Savannah Oglesby
Hello, I’m Savannah! A licensed esthetician who loves to make people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. I grew up surrounded by aesthetics, as my mother worked at a spa for years. It wasn’t until I hit puberty, that I suddenly became interested in aesthetics. My skin began producing major breakouts, cystic acne, and blackheads. After researching and studying skincare ingredients, I finally found the perfect products to heal my face, bringing back my confidence. Caring for your skin is a huge part of personal health and wellness. I’m dedicated to soothe, treat, and empower every face that I meet.
